The Beauty of Chives

I find beauty in the most mundane of places.

This is a chive flower from my garden, viewed from underneath.

And then this mildly successful focus-stacking experiment. This is a combination of 12 different images–and I still didn’t manage to get everything in focus.

    • Hi, Tieme. Thanks for your kind comments. There are still some areas of the image that aren’t focused properly. I found it’s quite difficult to ensure that I’ve taken enough images with enough different focal points to cover the entire image. More practice required!
